Recommended Dosage:
Take one (1) or two (2) capsules with water at mealtimes as a dietary supplement.

Contraindications:
Do not use this product in conjunction with prescription thyroid medication, diuretics or anticoagulants.  Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating. This product should not be used by children under ten (10) years of age.
